Through my website's contact form, I collect the following personal data:

• Name: To be able to address you personally.
• Email address: To be able to respond to your inquiry.
• Message: The content of your inquiry in order to handle it.
• The service you are interested in and, if you choose to give them, company, website, company size and when you would like to start: To prepare a reply suited to your case.

The legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent, which you provide by checking the acceptance box and submitting the form.

If you download one of the free resources on the home page (for example, the “Can AI read your website?” checklist or the MAPA template), I collect:

• Email address: To send you the resource you download.
• The resource downloaded, language, page you requested it from and date: To know what you asked for and to be able to show your consent.

The legal basis is also your consent, which you give by ticking the privacy box and submitting the form.

Contact form data is used solely and exclusively to manage and respond to inquiries, information requests, or professional proposals you send me.

Free-resource form data is used only to send you the resource you download. It is not used for advertising or newsletters.

I do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. To run the service, the providers that host this website, deliver contact form messages and record resource downloads act as data processors: Google (Firebase App Hosting, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

The forms use ALTCHA, a verification system hosted on this same server: your browser solves a small calculation to show you are not a robot. It uses no cookies, does not track your activity and does not send your data to third parties.

The contact and free-resource forms are intended for people of legal age. By submitting them, you confirm that you are. If you are a minor, please do not send your data.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@josegalan.dev, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
